Location: Working from state‑of‑the‑art new offices in Central London three days a week, one day a week in Oxfordshire, and Fridays working from home.

Our client is recruiting an Executive Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for a bright, ambitious graduate seeking their second role and looking to develop their career within a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Working from the client’s smart new offices in Central London three days per week, one day from Oxfordshire and Fridays working from home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support to the wider team, including both business and private assistance. Manage diaries, schedules, and travel arrangements. Run personal and professional errands as required. Assist with the coordination of meetings, events, and projects. Maintain confidential information with absolute discretion. Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations across all areas of support.
Requirements:
  • Must be a confident driver with access to your own car (weekly travel to Oxfordshire required). Prior experience in an administrative, PA, or coordination role (ideal for a graduate looking for their second job). Strong organisational skills and an ability to multitask effectively. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude.
