A leading restaurant group in Greater London is seeking an experienced executive chef to oversee two exciting restaurant locations. This role entails managing menu development and split services, with Sundays off. Note: This role is for an executive level position overseeing two sites, with opportunities for development and a competitive salary.
You would split your 6 shifts over the two restaurants, work on menu development for both, and have 1 admin day a week to do so. The second site is expected to be a popular and exciting new restaurant in central location. The beloved restaurant is set to open their new baby sister later this Spring, with cooking over fire, whole animal butchery, nose-to-tail, offal, skewers, and other elements at the new casual site. The OG remains a top, 1-star restaurant in our city.
