Executive Chef Requirements

  • The preferred candidate will be hands-on, approachable, and capable of leading by example.
  • The Executive Chef must demonstrate genuine passion, infectious enthusiasm, and unwavering reliability—fostering a kitchen culture where positivity thrives and team members feel empowered to grow, develop, and take pride in their craft.
  • This is a hands-on role suited to an Executive Chef who thrives in the heart of service, leading by example and energising the team through every shift.
