Qualifications

  • Proven experience working as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant at a senior level.
  • Experience with diary management, meeting coordination and senior stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and diary management support.
  • Attend key meetings, tracking actions and supporting delivery of agreed outcomes.
  • Coordinate board and sub-committee meetings including agendas and accurate minute-taking.
  • Support specific projects and development initiatives.
