Job summary

A leading financial institution is seeking a Personal Assistant for their UK Energy & Infrastructure Group in London. Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Global Head of Infrastructure.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and complex travel arrangements.
  • Manage expense reports, invoices, and approval workflows across multiple teams.
  • Assist with recruitment, appraisals, onboarding, and mentoring of team assistants.
  • Review and enhance administrative processes to drive efficiency.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external clients.
