Executive Assistant to CEO

Up to £30 p/h

Temporary, potential to become permanent

A leading financial services firm are seeking a highly capable, discreet, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide first-class support to their Chief Executive (CEO) and other C‑Suite executives. This is an urgent interim role which, for the right candidate, is likely to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex diaries for the CEO, aligning schedules with organisational priorities.
  • Prepare meeting agendas; coordinate pre‑briefs and debriefs.
  • Support inbox management, drafting responses and handling sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
  • Act as first point of contact, maintaining key relationships and stakeholder information.
  • Coordinate UK and international travel, logistics and events.
  • Oversee office operations including expenses, POs, spend tracking, and file management.
About You:
  • Proven Executive Assistant experience supporting C‑suite in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, with expert‑level Outlook capability.
  • Excellent relationship‑building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised, detail‑focused, and adept at managing changing priorities.
  • Strong written skills, including drafting, summarising complex information, and minute‑taking.
  • Able to work autonomously, exercise sound judgement, and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of data protection, security, and confidentiality best practice.
