An international membership organisation based in Greater London is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide support at the Director level. The successful candidate will manage diaries, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence while coordinating travel and budgeting. Applicants should have at least three years of relevant experience and a background in professional services. This role offers various hybrid working options, starting in early January.
Our client is an international membership organisationwith over 100,000 members globally. We are looking for an experienced and organised Executive Assistant to join their team from early January on an on‑going temporary basis. You will be providing Director level support and assisting them with the smooth running of their respective departments.
We are keen to speak to applicants with previous PA/EA experience at Director level. A minimum of three to four years of relevant experience will be essential as well as a proven track record coordinating busy diaries and planning international travel. A background working in a professional membership organisation would be an advantage but is not crucial; we are also keen to hear from those with a professional services background.
Our client is based in newly refurbished offices in Moorgate and offer a variety of hybrid working options.
