This full-time position is for the duration of a maternity contract. Role Summary

We are looking for an expert Executive Assistant to support 2 Senior Executives in our Apple Content and Services team for Europe for the period of a maternity contract. If you are a pro‑active adaptable team player who is able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment we want to hear from you!

Key Qualifications
  • Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Exceptional interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding calendar management skills.
  • Used to working in fast paced environments with tight deadlines and last‑minute changes.
  • Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Interest and experience identifying and implementing processes and procedures to improve work efficiency and productivity.
  • Confidentiality discretion and judgement.
  • Able to act as a gatekeeper while retaining goodwill.
  • iMac and iPhone literate.
  • Experience with working within the Entertainment Industry a plus but not essential.
  • Deep passion for the Apple brand Apple's products and mobile technology.
