  • Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders in a mid to large organisation.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and experience coordinating virtual meetings and technology.
  • Excellent judgement and attention to detail in handling sensitive information.
  • A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of administrative support including travel, correspondence, diary, and email management.
  • Keep across key business activities that impact the COO and ensure effective communication.
  • Prepare and review complex documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Organise meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Act as the go-to person for stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.

What you’ll do

As an Executive Assistant supporting our Chief Operating Officer youll :

  • Coordinate all aspects of administrative support including travel correspondence diary and email management.
  • Keep across key business activities that impact the COO and ensure effective communication.
  • Prepare and review complex documents reports and presentations.
  • Organise meetings events and conferences.
  • Act as the go-to person for stakeholders internal and external with professionalism and discretion.
What you’ll bring
  • Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders in a mid to large organisation.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and experience coordinating virtual meetings and technology.
  • Excellent judgement attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • A proactive adaptable and solutions-focused approach.
  • (Youll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate but dont worry well help guide you through this.)
