Executive Assistant to the Directors

Location: Notting Hill, London
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000

If you’re an experienced Executive Assistant or PA who is looking for a Senior role and is genuinely passionate about being in a creative, design‑led environment then look no further. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a creative Interior Design studio who specialise in luxury, high‑end interior projects in the UK and internationally. If you enjoy bringing structure and organisation to busy senior leaders in a fast‑paced, creative environment, this role will suit you perfectly. You’ll be the right hand to two Directors, helping them stay focused, organised, and ahead of their commitments as the studio continues to grow. This position suits someone experienced, confident, and used to supporting senior figures within a creative or professional services setting. If you’re calm under pressure, comfortable making decisions, and naturally proactive, you’ll feel at home here.

  • Salary: £40,000 – £45,000

Office

Notting Hill, London

Hours: Full time Monday to Friday, 9:30 am – 6:00 pm (1 day working from home)

Duties
  • Manage inboxes, filter communication, and track actions for the Directors
  • Structure diaries, plan ahead, and coordinate key meetings and deadlines
  • Stay across live project commitments and required follow-ups
  • Prepare agendas, documents, and materials for internal and client meetings
  • Oversee new enquiries and support the sales pipeline
  • Assist with planning and scheduling social media and marketing content
Requirements
  • Must have experience supporting senior leaders in a creative or professional services environment
  • Highly organised, confident, and comfortable handling confidential information
  • Strong communication skills and able to work independently
  • Proactive approach to prioritising, decision‑making, and problem‑solving
