An award-winning global travel management business is experiencing an exciting period of growth as worldwide travel continues to soar. They are looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant (EA) to provide critical support to senior leaders and help drive success.

About the Role

This pivotal position will see you supporting C-Suite executives, ensuring their time is optimised and their offices run smoothly. From diary and inbox management to coordinating international travel and preparing executive-level reports, you’ll play a central role in enabling efficiency and productivity across the business.

Your responsibilities
  • Managing diaries, scheduling, and travel arrangements across multiple time zones
  • Acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication
  • Preparing agendas, reports, presentations, and executive documentation
  • Coordinating inputs for board and leadership meetings, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Supporting special projects through research, data collation, and project management
  • Handling expenses and maintaining meticulous records
