A leading information management provider in the UK is seeking an executive assistant to support the CEO. The ideal candidate will manage a complex schedule, arrange travels, and handle communications with high attention to detail. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work under pressure. Candidates must have prior experience as an executive assistant in fast-paced environments and be adaptable to constant change.

We’re looking for an executive assistant to support the work of our Chief Executive Officer, helping maximise their bandwidth. The ideal person for the job will be familiar working at C‑Suite level, an empathetic and proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills, excellent judgement and a meticulous attention to detail. You will have a demonstrable depth of previous experience as an executive assistant, ideally in a fast‑paced environment. Experiences in managing international travel and working across time zones. Logistics must be your forte, you will manage an exceptionally busy diary, with constant change. You will be one step ahead, constantly finding creative solutions and removing blockers. You primary responsibility is supporting the CEO, but you will also provide some support to senior leadership within OASIS to ensure that operations run efficiently.
