Executive Assistant Role

Full-time, permanent role

5 days a week in Hemel Hempstead

Construction experience needed

This company are looking for a self-sufficient, energetic & competent Executive Assistant, to sit under and support 2 main Directors of a business, as well as other Directos as/when required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically managing intricate calendars and prioritising meetings, while also serving as the primary point of contact, fielding and responding to calls and emails on behalf of the 2 main Directors in the business.
  • Organizing and updating critical project documentation, including contracts, permits, and blueprints. This can involve tracking project milestones, and deadlines.
  • Planning agendas, coordinating logistics for various meetings (internal, board, client), taking detailed minutes, and tracking follow-up action items to completion.
  • Arranging complex domestic and international travel itineraries, accommodations, and ground transport, then accurately processing associated expenses and invoices.
  • Assisting with general finance records, processing purchase orders, monitoring budgets, and sometimes providing support for HR functions like recruitment and onboarding new staff.
