A leading charitable organization in Greater London is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support their Senior Leadership Team. In this role, you will ensure that the Chief Impact Officer and Managing Director are productive and effective. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in assisting senior leadership within complex organizations, have an understanding of governance processes, and possess a proactive and calm demeanor. Job description

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support two members of our Senior Leadership Team, our Chief Impact Officer and a Managing Director.

This role will ensuring they are productive, effective, and able to deliver against organisational priorities. The Executive Assistant will act as an enabler, releasing capacity for the the executives they support, supporting governance requirements, and contributing to the overall agility and success of the organisation.

Both executives are approachable and engaging to work with, and have a busy and varied schedule. They require a responsive, calm and proactive EA to enable and support alongside them.

This role will be part of a friendly team of Executive Assistants, who work together to cover and support each other.

We're looking for someone with a proven track record of supporting at senior leadership level in complex organisations, with understanding of corporate and charitable governance processes, end to end meeting secretariat experience, able to anticipate needs and comfortable liaising with people at all levels. Our work with the Foundation is innovative and systems changing, so an agile and adaptable mindset is a must.
