Executive Assistant to CFO – Global Corporate Business

Location: City of London | Contract Type: Permanent | Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + Benefits

Our client, a leading global corporate organisation based in the city, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) plus 1 other. This is a pivotal role within the business, requiring exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive EA support to the CFO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Manage complex global diaries, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries.
  • Prepare and manage high-quality documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Act as a key liaison point for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Preparing for key stakeholder meetings to include Board, ExCo and shareholder meetings.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
