Department: Exec
Location: Bristol, UK
We’re building the UK's next generation engineering powerhouse, providing critical technology that strengthens national security and resilience. We design and integrate advanced systems that sense, connect, and protect data in environments where fast, informed decision making is vital. Our goal is to deliver mission advantage to those working to safeguard national security, public safety, and critical infrastructure. Headquartered in Bristol (UK), we combine modern engineering methods with cutting edge commercial technology to create adaptable, mission critical systems. We focus on solving the tough challenges that others overlook, ensuring our customers can operate effectively in an ever-changing world.
We are looking to hire an Executive Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from, and work alongside, the leadership of a growing business, where you’ll see how critical decisions are made and feel the immediate impact of your contribution. This wide-ranging role will cover all aspects of administrative support, including inbox management, complex travel, expenses, meeting preparation, and the many details in between. You’ll work closely with the Chief of Staff to align schedules with business priorities and to support clear, consistent communication across the company.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities, solves problems before they surface, and has the strong judgment required to act as a trusted extension of a business leader in a fast-moving environment. Success in this role means going above and beyond to maximise order, efficiency and pace, enabling the team to focus on the work that really moves the needle.
This is a high-trust position where strict confidentiality is non-negotiable. It requires flexibility: responsiveness during evenings and weekends, plus occasional UK and international travel. We plan ahead wherever possible, but adaptability is part of the role. This role will require 5 days per week on site in our Bristol based office, plus travelling dependent on business needs. It requires being flexible and reactive to accommodate location changes on short notice.
You’ll fit right in if you’re passionate about creating structure, anticipating needs, and keeping momentum in a high-tempo, high-stakes environment. We are looking for someone who sees this as a career-defining opportunity where you can grow with the business, rather than a stepping stone to the next role.
