  • Excellent organisation, communication, and time management skills.
  • High levels of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Ability to prioritise, stay calm under pressure, and adapt to changing needs.
  • Full, valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage busy calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Oversee inboxes and correspondence; act as a key contact for stakeholders.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
  • Draft, proofread and format reports, presentations, and communications.
  • Organise events and senior leadership meetings.
  • Provide occasional personal assistance and ad hoc support.
