Executive Assistant – Burnley College

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide secretarial, personal assistance and support to members of the Principalship to enable them to carry out the strategic management of the College.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support to Central Administration for cross‑college events and work collaboratively with all team members.
  • Coordinate and facilitate a range of projects for Senior Management Team members as directed by the Principalship.
Qualifications
  • Good general education with demonstrable English language skills and computer qualifications such as ECDL, ITQ or equivalent.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • In‑depth, accurate IT skills are essential.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this post is up to £27,128.
