Our team is led by the EA/Administrative Operations Manager and includes three other administrators. This role is more than just admin: you'll become a trusted partner across the business, coordinating key meetings and events, supporting new starter inductions, and contributing to strategic projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collate, prepare, scan, organise, and store information accurately.
  • Organise and schedule meetings; follow up on actions with Senior Leadership Team (SLT) members to ensure timely completion.
  • Arrange travel and appointments for Directors as required.
  • Support onboarding and induction activities to deliver a welcoming, professional experience for new starters.
  • Draft, circulate, and accurately record meeting minutes.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Support internal events, training sessions, and company-wide activities.
  • Track budgets, raise invoices and purchase orders (POs), liaise with suppliers, and assist with basic financial tasks.
  • Support cross-departmental projects as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times in handling sensitive information.

  • Financial administration experience (e.g., invoicing, budgeting) is advantageous.
  • Event coordination experience is desirable.
  • Familiarity with modern office/collaborative tools is a plus: SAP for administrative/financial processes, Canva for designing presentations/materials, Miro or Microsoft Planner for collaborative planning.
