Job description
Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts receivable and payable.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable (customer billing, payment follow-up) and Accounts Payable (vendor bills, payments).
  • Send bill copies to clients both physically and via online platforms.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to minimize credit risk.
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing and invoice generation.
  • Maintain detailed records of client accounts and credit histories.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports related to accounts and admin.
  • Handle bank transactions, reconciliations, and related activities.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with internal departments.
  • Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and employee salary disbursement.
