Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts receivable and payable.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (customer billing, payment follow-up) and Accounts Payable (vendor bills, payments).
- Send bill copies to clients both physically and via online platforms.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to minimize credit risk.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing and invoice generation.
- Maintain detailed records of client accounts and credit histories.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports related to accounts and admin.
- Handle bank transactions, reconciliations, and related activities.
- Resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with internal departments.
- Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax, and other regulatory requirements.
- Assist in payroll preparation and employee salary disbursement.
