Must have experience handle Accounts manually and also must have experience & skill in accounts customize software like ERP Software and Excel.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily expenditures, vouchers, checking bills, and daily cash transactions.
  • Daily project sales monitoring.
  • Prepare and maintain daily expenditures, vouchers, and daily cash/bank transactions.
  • Maintain day to day cash register ERP Checking document/ instruments of the petty cash expenses, and prepare the summary for payments.
  • Proper documentation and file management.
  • maintain petty cash and day-to-day transactions.
  • Undertake any additional tasks assigned by management
  • Manage data in Excel and prepare required reports
  • Assist in the Preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Prepare & Manage Suppliers TDS Challans & Records.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong knowledge of Reporting & Taxation.
