Location: Winterbourne Academy Post: Exams and Data Administrator Contract type: Full time Permanent 37 hours per week, Term Time, Plus INSETS, Plus 3 weeks Pay Scale: Grade 9 £29,540 - £32,061 (Pro rata £27,362 - £29,698) The Role We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Exam and Data Administrator to join our committed, hardworking and friendly Exams & Data Team at Winterbourne Academy.

We welcome applications from people with excellent attention to detail and experience of inputting and extracting data from spreadsheets and information systems efficiently and accurately.

You will monitor data and help to keep our management information system up to date, so information is accurate for teachers and leaders.

You will use our assessment calendar to prepare data collection marksheets, support teachers through effective and timely communication to meet deadlines, checking for completion and accuracy, before producing reports for school leaders and parents.

This work is essential, informing intervention plans and teaching and learning practice and is therefore a vital school function.

You will need to develop effective routines and also be flexible to additional requests for data.

This role will need you to employ organisational, problem solving and communication skills.

A working knowledge of SIMs and/or Arbor school system is an advantage.

However, training will be is provided, on all our systems, so you can carry out your job effectively and we have data experts we can draw on the trust for additional support.
