Location: St Austell

Salary: £23,876.84 per annum / CC24

Terms & Conditions: 37 hours per week / 52 weeks per year, Support Contract

About the Role

Based at our St. Austell campus, Cornwall College has an exciting opportunity for an Administrator (Exams) within our Management Information Systems team. The role is responsible for the smooth running of the examination process, working with the Group Policies and Procedures and external Awarding Bodies regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, collate and process entries to various systems
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Check invoices against records held
  • Answer queries
  • Follow procedures for recording and storage of secure documentation
  • Work flexibly as part of the team, contributing to the delivery of efficient data processes, systems and procedures, ensuring a high‑quality support service to staff.
Skills & Experience

Applicants must have extensive administration experience, confident communication and initiative skills, and the ability to demonstrate extensive data input experience. A Level 2 Business Administration or equivalent is required, with exceptional accuracy. Up‑to‑date knowledge of Awarding Bodies and complex IT systems would be an advantage.
