The Peligoni Club is a family-run members club on the beautiful island of Zakynthos, Greece. Food is at the heart of the Peligoni experience, and our events programme is one of the most distinctive parts of our summer season. From our PACE wellness weeks, to weekly long table feasts, street-food style pop-ups, weddings, and our legendary mini-festival, GATHER, every event is an opportunity for creativity, flavour and unforgettable experiences.
Each season, we also welcome incredible chefs as part of our Guest Chef Series who collaborate with our kitchen team to produce special menus, workshops and feasts. Past guests include Ellis Barrie, Neil Rankin, Jackson Boxer, Tom Brown, Romy Gill, Tim Siadatan, The Happy Pear and more. It’s a vibrant, collaborative environment with exciting culinary challenges throughout the summer.
We’re looking for an experienced and innovative Events Head Chef to lead the creation and delivery of all food-related events throughout the season. You’ll take full ownership of the culinary execution of our weekly events, weddings, peak-season lunch pop-ups, Guest Chef collaborations and large-scale celebrations - ensuring that every dish exceeds expectations.
This is a fast-paced, highly rewarding role suited to a Head Chef with strong leadership skills, exceptional creativity and a passion for producing memorable dining experiences. You’ll manage and mentor a diverse team, uphold high culinary standards, and work closely with the Executive Chef and Guest Chefs to bring exciting, high-quality food to life in a beautiful Mediterranean setting.
