A premium gaming studio in the UK is seeking an Events Coordinator to join their Operations team. This full-time role involves supporting the planning and delivery of various company events, ensuring smooth execution and stakeholder communication. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in event coordination and possess strong organizational and communication skills. The position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to an inclusive and dynamic work environment.
As a first-party Xbox Game Studio, we are passionate about making genre-defining games that are accessible, beautiful, and, most of all, fun.
Working closely with the wider Operations team, the Events Coordinator will play a key role in assisting with the planning and delivery of a range of PG events. You will be providing administrative support for events including wrap parties, socials and charity events, and interacting with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

This is a contract role, based full-time on-site across our three state-of-the-art facilities in Royal Leamington Spa.
