3 days per week, 6 months fixed term

The Opportunity

This post represents an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join a team of staff in Keele University’s Estates and Campus Services Directorate. The Directorate is responsible for all types of services across the University including residential and commercial activity.

The Events and Conferencing team require a 3 day per week co‑ordinator, commencing as soon as possible for 6 months. To provide comprehensive coordination and administrative support to the University Events and Conferencing Team, contributing to the successful delivery of University-wide, Campus Life, and Graduation events.

The post holder will play a key supporting role in ensuring the smooth planning, organisation, and execution of events, supporting the team in maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer service. By delivering efficient and proactive administrative and coordination support, the role will contribute directly to the reputation and profitability of Keele University Events & Conferencing. Candidates will have strong interpersonal and communication skills that will enable them to deal confidently with enquiries and administration tasks. Proven ability to utilise Microsoft Office packages and e‑mail is required. Previous relevant administrative experience in a similar environment is required.
