About the role:

Are you a master of multitasking and a wizard of event logistics? Join our dynamic team as an Event Project Manager, where you'll take charge of exciting meetings and gatherings! From coordinating every detail of the event with the meeting hosts to managing attendee experiences, you'll be the go-to expert for our clients. Get ready to shine as you make events unforgettable while sitting onsite in the client office in London.

As an Event Project Manager, you will:
  • Plan and manage conferences, meetings, and special events with flair.
  • Craft detailed travel agendas and itineraries that impress clients.
  • Manage budgets, negotiate the best deals with vendors, and oversee financial processes.
  • Coordinate creative program websites and presentations that wow clients.
  • Lead team meetings and ensure communication flows smoothly across all projects.
  • Build and manage engaging registration websites that enhance the attendee experience.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and attendees to address all their needs.
  • Execute quality control of event reports and rooming lists for accuracy.
  • Utilize technology to streamline processes and capture essential data.
You’re good at:
  • Years of experience managing meetings and vendor relationships.
  • A knack for budget management, financial oversight, and troubleshooting on the fly.
  • Strong knowledge of Cvent and other event technology platforms.
  • International event management experience is a plus.
  • A readiness to travel on-site and represent our clients with enthusiasm.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

You should know:
  • This is a hybrid role that requires 4 days a week in the Client office in London.
  • Our standard working hours are 9.00am - 5.30pm with an hour break.
  • You must have the right to work in the UK.
