The Company

This luxury travel and lifestyle agency are well known for creating tours and packages for high-net-worth individuals and companies across the globe! With a focus on delivering the most amazing incentives and team building events, for a range of clients in the automotive, retail and financial services sectors, working with huge budgets and excusive locations! This dynamic and fast-paced team work collaboratively and want an Event Producer in the business to help them strive and grow

The Role

Due to continued growth they are now looking for an Event Producer, with a specific focus on pitching and proposal writing, to join their growing events team. As Event Producer, your role covers every element of Event Management, from creating pitch decks, writing proposals and having the initial conversation with clients, through to managing the client relationship and then overseeing everything coming together

This is a broad role where the Event Producer will use all of their creative skills to lead on pitches. Your role will also include:

• Interrogating event briefs and consulting clients

• Producing engaging and detailed pitches

• Writing proposals that are in line with client expectations

• Creating budgets to deliver events

• Ensuring brand guidelines are adhered too

• Working on multiple projects simultaneously

• Briefing and managing external suppliers and stakeholders

• Working with high-profile clients and accounts

The Candidate

Candidates should ideally be working in a similar role and have experience delivering pitches and doing proposal writing, within the events industry. Most importantly we are looking for an ambitious Event Producer, with an understanding of luxury events and the ability to deliver luxury projects!
