We are seeking an experienced and hands on permanent Evening Shift Supervisor/Manager with FLT and loading experience to join our team.

Shift Details: 6:00 pm – 3:00 am midnight. Supervising 9‑10 evening shift employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of pickers while actively working alongside them.
• Load and manage oversized pallets efficiently.
• Oversee the loading of 22+ lorries per evening, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Check finished pallets, verify product codes, and identify/correct picking errors.
• Use company systems to release picks and manage related processes.

Desirable Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of packing materials.
• HGV licence (advantageous, for shunting lorries).
• Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent leadership and people skills, with a "can do" attitude. This is a hands‑on leadership role.
