Job Overview

Location : Battle, East Sussex, South East, U.K. Position : Evening Shift Supervisor. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Evening Shift Supervisor to join a growing manufacturing team in a brand-new workshop environment. This role is ideal for someone with experience in welding and team leadership who thrives in a fast‑paced, hands‑on setting. The successful candidate will be an excellent team player with strong organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a proactive can‑do attitude.

Compensation & Hours

Base Pay : £17.60 per hour. Shift Uplift : £19.25 per hour (includes 18% evening shift uplift). Annual Salary : £37,752. Shift Start : 13:45. Shift End : 22:00. Days : Monday to Friday. Weekly Hours : 41.25. Own transport required.
