Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

• Handling European groupage services
• Arranging the movement of freight from origin to final destination, both internationally and nationally
• Liaising with customers, overseas partners and suppliers
• Managing documentation and ensuring compliance with customs requirements

Skills and Experience Required

• Confident and outgoing individual with strong communication skills
• Proven experience in European Road Freight (essential)
• Experience in Sea Freight would be advantageous
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant freight forwarding experience
• Strong understanding of customs paperwork and procedures
• Ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently
• Full UK driving licence with own transport (desirable)
• Must be a UK resident with the right to work in the UK
