Ethical Trade and Environmental Sustainability at Primark

We're responsible for keeping an eye on Primark's social and sustainability commitments as part of our Primark Cares strategy. As part of our 130-strong team, you'll collaborate with suppliers, champion ethical practices, and make a tangible difference. All with the purpose of ensuring we meet social compliance, environmental sustainability & legislative requirements, industry initiatives and standards.

What You'll Do as a Ethical Trade IT Support Administrator
  • Act as the first point of contact for Ethical Trade and Environmental Sustainability teams, providing expert support for IT systems, access management, troubleshooting, and MFA connectivity issues.
  • Maintain and support critical systems and data flows, including testing system changes, resolving supply chain linking issues, updating Power Apps, and producing Power BI reports.
  • Support system training by assisting with the creation, review, and ongoing maintenance of training materials and processes used across ETES teams.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with internal and external IT stakeholders, including ABF Corp, and contribute to cross functional projects such as Project Phoenix.
  • Provide responsive process and system support to buyers, sourcing teams, field teams, suppliers, and factories, ensuring accurate data, efficient workflows, and ease of reporting.
  • Assist with governance activities such as access reviews, data maintenance, and quarterly compliance checks, supporting the smooth operation of all ETES systems.
