Qualifications

• Proven experience estimating within civil engineering or structural repair.
• Commercially astute with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of workload.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates and cost plans for structural repair projects.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and technical input.
• Collaborate with the Bid Writer to align pricing with strategic bid themes.
• Attend site visits and client meetings to scope works and assess risks.
• Support the development of estimating processes as division grows.
• Contribute to project handovers ensuring smooth transition.
