Estimator

A Estimator is required for a main contractor in South London.

The projects you will be working on include super prime residential, heritage and commercial offices. This contractor has an impressive track record with a strong pipeline of work with a very low staff turnover, they are a well-known contractor and a name you would want on your CV.

The values of the projects you will be working on will be up to £20m.

Ideal Candidate

• You must be Degree qualified or a similar relevant qualification.
• A strong track record as an Estimator.
• Experience working for a reputable Main Contractor.
• Experience working on various projects including super prime residential, heritage, commercial offices, education and healthcare schemes.
• A good understanding of the correct software used.
• Take offs from drawings.
