Are you an experienced Estates or Facilities professional looking to lead a busy multi-campus estate?
Do you want a role where you'll make a real impact ensuring safe, efficient, and welcoming environments for staff, students, and visitors?

The Role
  • Lead estates operations across Witney and Common Leys campuses

  • Line manage supervisors, caretakers, cleaners, and maintenance staff
  • Support sustainability and drive improvements across the estate
The Person
  • Background in estates or facilities management (education or multi-site desirable)
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, building systems, and health & safety
  • Experience managing teams, contractors, and budgets
