Apprentice Property Administrator (Council Estates)

Do you have an interest in estates and property management? Would you like to develop your administration skills while also completing a qualification? The Apprentice Property Administrator role is rewarding and varied, working closely with Surveyors and other colleagues you will play a key role in ensuring the effective management of the Council's land and property portfolio by supporting with administrative tasks, liaising with the residents and professionals while developing your skills in property management, surveying processes, and local government services. You will spend your time assisting Surveyors with data collection, property records, and day-to-day management tasks. You will also support with lease and rent administration, compliance monitoring, and maintaining accurate property databases. This role offers the opportunity to gain broad insights into estates management while contributing to the delivery of services that benefit residents and communities.

An excellent Apprentice Property Administrator will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. You should be confident using digital systems, able to work with accuracy, and have an interest in property and estates. We're looking for someone motivated, reliable, and eager to learn, with the ability to work well as part of a busy team in a fast‑paced environment.

  • You must have been a UK resident for the past 3 years to be considered eligible for an apprenticeship.
