A national estate planning service is looking for experienced Self-employed Estate Planning Consultants to cover various locations across the UK. You will manage client appointments, discuss legal planning benefits, and work flexibly to meet customer needs. Ideal candidates have proven experience in estate planning or will writing and strong communication skills. Qualifications

• Proven estate planning or will writing experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with empathetic nature.
• Ability to relay complex legal information understandably.
• Confidence in presenting and engaging audiences.
• Proficiency in IT in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Attend appointments generated by the company.
• Gain referrals and self-generate at least 50% of new business.
• Discuss benefits of estate planning and legal service products.
• Draft legal documents with support from Co-op Legal Services.
• Deliver talks and seminars to community groups.
• Identify customer needs and capture instructions.
