Carvers Hill Estate – Estate Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Estate Manager to join Carvers Hill Estate

The estate comprises of a vineyard, commercial storage, tourism and a new farming enterprise. The estate has a diverse and forward–thinking approach, located within 630 acres. The successful candidate will be involved in all areas of the estate, managing a sustainable business with the capacity for growth.

The Role
  • Supervision of state–of–the–art winery and associated buildings
  • Staff supervision
  • Reviewing financial performance
  • Management of environmental schemes and opportunities
  • Establishing a new farming enterprise
  • Investigating new opportunities
  • Reporting directly to the Estate Owners
The Candidate
  • An enthusiastic and driven individual
  • Proficient leader and mentor of staff
  • Good financial management skills
  • Livestock experience preferable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Competent IT capability
  • PA1, 2, 4 & 6 qualified would be beneficial
