Assistant Estate Manager

An exciting opportunity for an MRICS-qualified graduate or early-career professional to join a progressive rural estate in East Anglia. This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day running of a diverse land-based business, offering broad exposure across farming, property, and environmental management.

The estate includes a mix of combineable cropping, let vegetable land, actively managed woodland, and a portfolio of residential and commercial property. You\'ll work closely with senior leadership, gaining practical experience across all areas of estate operations.
