Responsibilities

• Maximise site occupancy by completing void maintenance on time.
• Provide high quality painting and decorating services.
• Ensure all equipment and facilities are in working order.
• Respond to emergencies and make safe issues like glazing and leaks.
• Provide a monthly repairs/maintenance report to the accommodation manager.
