A leading estate agency recruitment firm is seeking an Estate Agent Sales Manager to drive sales and grow their business. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in estate-agent sales, specifically in the valuation and listing of residential properties. This role offers a basic salary of £25,000, a £2,500 car allowance, and on-target earnings of £50,000-55,000. A genuine passion for residential property sales is essential, along with previous estate agency experience.

Estate Agent Sales Manager

This well established and forward‑thinking independent Estate Agency is looking to significantly increase its market share and to actively grow the business through sales and listings and to enhance further the reputation of the company for quality and performance.

Offer
  • Basic salary £25,000 plus £2,500 car allowance or company car, with on‑target earnings of £50,000‑55,000 inclusive.
  • Initial salary guarantee for 4 months, followed by a lucrative productivity bonus for a further 6 months.
  • One Saturday off in three.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in estate‑agent sales, valuation and listing of residential property.
  • Currently working in an estate agency and feeling unsettled or undervalued within your current position.
  • Senior Negotiator, Senior Valuer / Lister, Assistant Manager, Sales Manager or Valuations Manager experience – a passion for residential property sales and listings, and a demonstrated ability to be a deal‑maker.
  • Previous estate‑agency experience is essential.
