Estate Agent Assistant Sales Manager / Lister

We are looking to significantly increase our market share and grow the business through sales and listings while enhancing the reputation of the company for quality and performance.

  • Basic salary to £25,000 plus £3,000 car allowance or company car with an initial salary guarantee and on‑target earnings of £45,000 to £50,000.
  • Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm and 9:00 am – 5:00 pm on Saturdays (every other Saturday) – a 5‑day working week.
  • Annual leave entitlement starting at 33 days and increasing with service.
  • Previous Estate Agency experience is essential.

We are looking for a proven Estate Agent with a track record in sales, valuation and listing of residential property, who may currently feel unsettled or undervalued in their current role.

  • Candidate profile: Senior Negotiator, Senior Valuer / Lister, Assistant Manager, Sales Manager or Valuations Manager seeking a new career move.
  • Desired attributes: In‑depth knowledge of Estate Agency, a champion of Residential Property Sales and Listings, and a consummate deal maker who can see success both in the near and distant future.
