ESG & Environmental Compliance Coordinator

Conrad Energy is seeking an ESG and Environmental Compliance Coordinator to join our growing team.

The ESG and Environmental Compliance Coordinator will provide high-quality administrative, data, and coordination support across environmental compliance and ESG activities. The role ensures regulatory reporting is accurate and timely, ESG initiatives are effectively supported, and operational teams receive clear and organised environmental guidance.

Key Responsibilities
Environmental Compliance (60%)
  • Maintain emissions, waste, and environmental data logs
  • Coordinate emissions testing schedules
  • Liaise with emissions testing contractors and site managers
  • Prepare evidence files for environmental regulatory returns
  • Support the preparation of SECR, UKETS, ESOS and Permit Annual Returns
  • Audit waste transfer notes and maintain compliance records
  • Manage environmental actions in the EAM system
  • Prepare documents and schedules for EA / NRW inspections
  • Attend site visits as and when required
  • Process environmental invoices and requisitions
ESG Support (30%)
  • Maintain ESG metrics tracker
  • Prepare draft ESG insights and LinkedIn posts
  • Support creation of the annual ESG Report and Impact Report
  • Arrange school outreach admin, communications and scheduling
  • Support energy & sustainability projects with admin
  • Take minutes and actions for Sustainability, Biodiversity & Energy groups
  • Prepare slides, templates, and internal comms drafts
General Administration (10%)
  • Manage filing and documentation systems
  • Update trackers and action lists
  • Organise meetings, bookings, and logistics
  • Provide general admin support to the Head of Environmental Compliance & ESG

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
