Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst delivering end-to-end work on SaaS and/or data programmes.
• Track record leading survey-led or large-scale data collection and/or change initiatives.
• Comfortable with SQL/BI to validate data and prototype stakeholder views.

• Coordinate product discovery and backlog management.
• Co-design enterprise-scale surveys.
• Contribute to SHE-led change plans and support communications.
