How you will contribute

Shape ESG Data Solutions: Partner with ESG subject matter experts to understand their data needs, identify opportunities for process and workflow improvements, and partner with the MDS team to drive design and implementation of data solutions with a focus on accuracy, completeness, and reliability;

  2. Co-create ESG Data Roadmaps: Work hand-in-hand with our MDS team to develop comprehensive short-, medium-, and long-term ESG data roadmaps that are aligned with our overarching sustainability and ESG reporting strategies;

  4. Establish ESG Data Governance & Quality: Lead the establishment of robust data governance practices, including the development of data catalogues, establishment of data lineage, integration of data management tools, and monitoring data quality and resolving issues to uphold data accuracy and completeness;

  5. Drive ESG Reporting & Insights: Lead the design and build of dashboards and forward-looking analytics tools that meet the evolving needs of the business and reporting requirements;

  6. Empower Business Users: Foster a data-driven culture by promoting self-service ESG data capabilities, equipping business users with the confidence and tools to independently access, explore, and use ESG data for their own analysis, reporting, and decision-making.

What you will bring

  • BACHELOR’S DEGREE in sustainability, environmental economics, environmental engineering, or related fields;
  • 8+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE in sustainability data management or similar roles;
  • PASSION for data, analytics, and dashboards;

  • EXCELLENT analytical skills, identifying key themes, trends, and root causes;
  • PROVEN experience working across cross-functional teams;
  • Ability to influence diverse stakeholders, build relationships, and work collaboratively at all levels of the organization;
  • GROWTH & DIGITAL MINDSET and the ability to identify strategic opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness;
  • HIGH STANDARDS of integrity, accountability, and sound judgment in all decisions.
