Job Description:
  • The ERP Project & Program Manager leads and manages the full lifecycle of ERP projects, including blueprint, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet scope requirements.
  • The manager provides leadership to cross-functional teams, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, and establishes effective reporting and communication channels.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the entire ERP project lifecycle, including SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics implementations.
  • Define, set, and actively manage delivery schedule, budget, and scope.
  • Implement change control processes to manage scope creep.
  • Identify potential risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Act as the escalation point for critical project issues.
  • Coordinate activities of internal staff, consultants, and external vendors to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Provide functional and technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to project teams.
  • Allocate and manage internal and external resources across parallel workstreams.
  • Act as primary liaison between project teams, business units, and executive stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain trust‑based client relationships, managing expectations and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
  • Establish and implement effective reporting cycles, providing transparent updates on performance, budget, and KPIs.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • Experience with ERP systems including SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
