Ergonomist

This role is for an Ergonomist—someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You will be results-oriented and driven to succeed, working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team. Your responsibilities include:

  • Perform ergonomics work analysis of assembly and installation activities.
  • Support building ergonomics action plans that align with industrial strategy and future evolutions, and validate them with senior leaders.
  • Contribute to the definition of specifications, call for tenders, and subcontractor piloting within ergonomics-related outsourced work packages at the specific site.
  • Monitor international regulatory and scientific developments for deployment and guidance.
  • Ensure effective communication with local health and safety representatives on ergonomic matters.
  • Be ready to support specific ergonomic actions and task forces in other transnational locations.
The Individual

We’re looking for people who can demonstrate:

  • Strong understanding of human factors/ergonomics, ideally within an aerospace or manufacturing environment.
  • Degree (or higher) in Ergonomics or Human Factors from an accredited CIEHF higher education body.
  • Accreditation to, or active pursuit of, registered membership of the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors (CIEHF) or an equivalent professional body.
