A leading health and safety company in the UK is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their People & Culture team for a maternity cover role. This hybrid position requires a professional with a CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent, providing HR policy advice, managing employee relations, and supporting the overall HR strategy. Qualifications

  • Professional qualification of CIPD Level 5 or equivalent is desirable.
  • Experience of providing HR advice and correspondence with in-depth legal knowledge.
  • Experience in a confidential environment and providing HR and ER advice.
  • Knowledge of HR Policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Highly focused on customer service with excellent service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee relations casework and provide advisory services.
  • Coach line managers on complex ER matters.
  • Review documentation and ensure legal compliance.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and support HR strategy.
