Equity Partner – Architecture Practice | Oxford | Full Time | £68,000 + Profit Share

Our client is an award-winning architectural practice based in Oxford and Bicester, with a passion for good design and careful customer service. They work across a range of business sectors, including Education, Healthcare, Defence and Commercial projects, creating buildings for a wide range of people and organisations. From workplaces to schools, hospitals to homes, places of leisure to spaces of worship – people are always at the heart of the spaces they create.

They are seeking a dynamic, client‑facing architect who can lead projects, manage relationships and play a key role in business development. The new partner will be responsible for generating new business leads, winning work and growing the business, driving the company forwards and being instrumental in deciding how the practice is run.

Are you the right person for the job?
  • Registered architect, ideally RIBA (support provided if required)
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to manage cash flow and company growth
  • Skilled in developing and maintaining client relationships, particularly within healthcare (experience in other sectors welcomed)
