The Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Programme stands as one of the most ambitious change projects in the Trust's history. The EPR Change Manager is central to the successful implementation and integration of a new Electronic Patient Record system. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring staff are engaged, prepared, and confident throughout the transformation process, with the new system fully embedded into the organisation's culture and operational practice.
The postholder will provide leadership for the change management workstream, collaborating closely with programme leads, clinical stakeholders, operational managers, and external partners. Their focus will be to ensure that the EPR system is aligned with the needs of both the Trust and its patients. This involves the development and execution of a comprehensive change strategy that promotes staff engagement, readiness, and the ongoing adoption of new digital processes.

This role is in the Digital EPR PMO which sits under the Digital Services Directorate. The Directorate utilises technology and digital solutions to empower our staff to work effectively and to improve the care our service users receive. The postholder will report to the Chief Clinical Information Officer and work closely with multidisciplinary project workstreams, Digital and external departments / teams across the Trust as directed.

Bethlem Royal Hospital is based in a beautiful setting in over 200 acres of green space in the London Borough of Bromley, South East London. The hospital has easy access to nearby main roads and have offers free parking. The site is within walking distance from of Eden Park and West Wickham overland stations.
